Three generous benchtops deliver ample useable space. The custom-laminated bamboo tops provide warmth and a distinctive grain, while the triple-panel rhythm and furniture-style island and dresser add a subtle French flavour.

The transformation of this 1920s cottage was sensitive to the inherited beauty and charm of the cottage – the whimsical brass porthole, original teacher’s blackboard and shellacked match-lined walls - while incorporating highly practical elements for a modern lifestyle.
